Please follow this process to set your security questions. This allows the Lucidity Team to verify you for security purposes when calling in and also enables you to reset your password yourself using My Account.
IMPORTANT: If you do not set these security questions, password resets will have to go through an authorisation process which may leave you without access for an extended period of time.
Add the steps involved :
- Log into My Account (https://myaccount.virtual-apps.net) using your Lucidity username and password.
- From the top menu, click on your username:
- Then at the bottom of the screen you will be asked to select three security questions, and type in the answers. You can also type in your own custom questions by selecting that from the list of options:
When you have finished, click on “Update” to save your changes. You will see a message "Changes successfully saved". You will now be able to reset your password in the future if you have forgotten it.
Please note you may have to put your browser in compatibility view.To do this browse to the My Account Page press Alt+t > Compatibility View settings:
In the "Add this website" box type virtual-apps.net
Click Add, then close. You will now be able to continue as per above document.
